CHA OFFICES

 





 

A non-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization.


 
CHA operates activities in 9 provinces:

-Kabul
-Kandahar
-Balkh
-Herat
-Ghore
-Farah
-Faryab
-Parwan
-Kapisa

All these offices together, making CHA operational in Central Region, Northern Region, South Western Region and Western Region of Afghanistan.

 

 

CHA now has a Central Office in Kabul and Field Offices in;

-Kandahar

-Mazar-i-Sharif

-Herat

-Ghore

-Farah

-Faryab

-Parwan

also a sub-office in Peshawar and a Logistics Unit in Herat.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Central Office

          The main office, which has the responsibilities of affairs of all the Organization's activities, has the following formation:

­The General Director

­Assistant of the General Director

­Advisers

­Program general Coordinator

- Manager for development academy of human resource with one assistant and two fellow clerks.

­Capacity Building Manager with one assistant and two fellow clerks.

­Agriculture section Manager with one assistant and two fellow clerks.

­Health section Manager with one assistant and two fellow clerks. ­Education section Manager with one assistant and two fellow clerks.

­Survey and evaluation section responsible with one assistant and two fellows.

­Gender responsible with one fellow.

­Monitoring and consoling gender auditor with finance controller.

­Admin-finance general manager.

­Admin-finance general manager's assistant

­Admin, manager and secretary, admin personnel, personnel officer, logistics, radio operator, receptionist, in-charge for the logistics section and two fellows and program admin personnel, and program computer operator.

­Finance manager and accountant, cashier, stock officer and computer programmer.

­Manager for income generation programs and accountant, planning staff, sales ad marketing staff and computer operator.

­Manager of public relations and publication and external relations officer, internal relations officer and publication officer.

 

- Regional Office

          The Regional Office, which has the responsibility of supervision, technical support and running the programs in some provinces within zone through field office under the instructions of the main office, has the following structure:

­Regional Manager

­Assistant of regional Manager

­Admin manager

­Regional sector coordinator

­Admin controller

­Wireless operator

­Computer operator, In case some activities are undertaken in a place where regional office is located, they should be carried out under the relevant field office. If the setting up of a separate office is not necessary, the field office is structured within the regional office

 

- Feild Office

              The field Office, which is responsible of the implementation of programs under the supervision of the regional office in a province or large district, generally has the following personnel:

­Field Manager

­Assistant to Field Manager

­Separate Program Manager

­Sector technical staff

­Finance controller

­Personnel and admin office

­Logistic officer ­Stock officer

­Cashier

­Accountant

­Staff for income generations programs

­Radio operator
