Goal:
To assist communities to obtain food security both directly and through
increasing family income;
protecting the environment;
the development and extension of improved varieties (crops, horticulture, forestation and livestock);
upgrading technical knowledge and skills of sector staff;
increasing the awareness and skills of communities to ensure sustainability. |

To increase efficiency and effectiveness of
agriculturalmechanization and support
the private sectorthrough providing training
in the usage of agricultural machinery. |

To increase cereal crop yields through extension, multiplication and storage of improved wheat seeds by offering technical training sessions, treatment and distribution of improved wheat seed packages to farmers. |
|

To assist communities in the development of horticulture and environmental protection through soil conservation and qualitative and quantitative increases in fruit production. |
|
To improve the family diet through increased access to a variety of fresh vegetables by providing technical training, enhancing awareness and distribution of improved hybrid vegetable seeds .
