Overall goal:

Active Participating in repairing, innovation and development of ways, public        works (schools, clinics, community development centers), environment hygiene, water system, irrigate systems and generation of electricity’s energy by using proper technology with the possibility usage of local material including access facilities for disables and women and their environmental and society effectiveness by attainment for sector goals.

Strategy: to construct and repair the buildings for public benefit.

First Goal: Facilitating the extend of education, training and health services including the participation of both males and females and facilitating chance for disables through construction / repair of schools, clinics, training centers and society centers by using appropriate technology and with the possibility usage of local material and resources in the coverage areas.

Strategy: to construct and repair the resource of healthy water for drink and hygiene of environment

Second Goal: reducing the virus incidence growing with usage of unhealthy water through assembling healthy water for drink with facilitating chance for women and society collaborate by constructing wells, installing hand pumps and constructing water system and training the technical mechanics for future reforming the pumps in the coverage areas.
