AGRICULTURE SECTOR
 





 

A non-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization.


 

The Agriculture Sector runs projects, which serve the poorest and most marginalized rural families and returnees and target women and children.


 

The Sector works to:

  • increase cereal crop yields through extension, multiplication and storage of improved seeds
  • develop horticulture and environmental protection through soil conservation and increased fruit production
  • improve the family diet through increasing access to fresh vegetables, increasing dairy and poultry production and providing improved goats and sheep
  • improve livestock and poultry productivity
